2. Description of Services

'Doctors on the Mat' is a yoga education program for doctors and healthcare professionals, consisting of live and online sessions guided by Liesbeth [Last Name], pediatrician and certified yoga teacher. The program supports relaxation, awareness, and personal development. It does not replace medical treatment.

3. Registration & Access

Participants register via the Kajabi platform or directly by invitation. Access is personal and time-limited depending on the selected package or program.

4. Payment, Cancellation & Money-Back GuaranteeĀ 

Payment is made in advance via available payment methods. Refunds are only possible within 14 days of purchase, provided the online content has not yet been accessed.Ā Live programs may have separate cancellation terms.

In addition, Doctors on the Mat offers a conditional money-back guarantee. If a participant completes the program, attends or watches the sessions, and genuinely applies the practices but feels that the program has not provided value, they may request a refund within 14 days after the end of the 6-week cohort.

Ā To be eligible for a refund under this guarantee, the following conditions must be met:

  1. The participant has completed all program modules and practices included in the course.
  2. The participant submits their refund request within 14 days after the official end date of the cohort in which they are enrolled.
  3. Their request includes a brief written explanation of their experience with the program and confirmation that they have completed the modules and applied the practices as instructed.

Refund requests submitted after this period will not be eligible for reimbursement.Ā 

Refunds will be processed using the original payment method where possible and may take up to 14 business days to be completed.

This guarantee applies only to the Doctors on the Mat program and does not apply to any additional services or third-party products.

5. Intellectual Property

All content, including videos, texts, audio, and worksheets, remains the intellectual property of Pen&Prana. Reuse or distribution without written permission is not allowed.

6. Liability

Participation is at your own risk. The program is not a substitute for medical or psychological treatment. Pen&Prana is not liable for physical discomfort or damage resulting from participation.

7. Applicable Law

This agreement is governed by Dutch law. For consumers residing in other countries, additional rights under local consumer protection laws may apply. In the event of a dispute, the courts of the Netherlands have jurisdiction, unless otherwise required by mandatory local laws.
